This Brand name contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii).
Award will be made using the lowest price technically Acceptable method.
This purchase order will be issued as a firm fixed price contract.
