The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), on behalf of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), Woods Hole Massachusetts, requires USCG SOLAS life raft maintenance and repair services for base plus four option years to support Northeast Fisheries Observer Program (NEFOP) as specified in the solicitation and statement of work.
The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08, effective August 13, 2020.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is 1333MF-20-Q-NFFM-0054þ Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.
It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for all subsequent amendments. The anticipated award date will be on or about September 3, 2020. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 (Commercial Acquisition)). All responsible small business concerns/sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
