Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Portions of Focsle: Deck Vents, Stuffing Tubes, Mounts, Hatches Vent Plenums, Stanchions, Pilot House Brackets and Fittings, Preserve
- Require structural preservation on Gantry Crane Mounts, Standoffs, and associated components. Preservation also required on Aft Flight Deck leading edge of Aft Overhang (Frame 87) and Port and Starboard Ladders leading from the Flight Deck to the Fantail and Foundation Brackets for Port and Starboard Carriage Winches to include Aft Coming.
- Preserve all Superstructure Surfaces from Frame 44 to 51 including the Boat Deck, FAS Deck, and 02-Athwarship Deck.
- Preserve portions of the CIWS and 03-Pilothouse Space/Deck
- 100% Renewal of CIWS Deck (03 Deck Frame 51 to 67) and 02-Athwartship Weather Deck Nonskid
- Tenting, Provide

(b) Capability to perform work similar to the above work items.
(c) Past performance information to demonstrate successful completion as a prime contractor of projects similar in scope and complexity to the work items above.
