The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform various Unplanned Dry Dock Repairs of the USCGC KANKAKEE (WLF 75F), a 75’ foot Inland Buoy Tender class cutter with a 130’ barge (CGB-74), all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2.

Scope of services shall include ship repair and associated support work, and may include work that is not currently listed as Definite Items.

The purpose of this amendment to solicitation 70Z085-21-Q-P45074 is to do the following:
-To update the place of performance.
-To update specs to reflect Work Item 66.

A00002-12/03/2020.

The purpose of this modification is to answer Request for Clarifications- 1,2,3.

RFC-1. KANKAKEE is experiencing an ongoing overheating issue with both main diesel engines, and troubleshooting

continues in an effort to isolate the problem. The towing service is in the specification as an optional item in case the

overheating issue is not resolved in time for KANKAKEE to transit to dry-dock facility under her own power.
