The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, intends to issue a purchase order with GRYO SYSTEMS COMPANY INC for the procurement part numbers: 64024 (Indicator MK 15 MOD 0) and 1975349-1 ( Transmisstion MK37 MOD 0). Currently, the stock system does not have sufficient supply. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.

GYRO SYSTEMS COMPANY states to be sole source distributor of said part numbers. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all information received within one (1) calendar day after the date of publication of this synopsis.

A Determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
