USDA Forest Service, NFsNC, Cheoah Ranger District has a requirement for Janitorial and
Trash Pick-up Services for Recreation Facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor,
transportation, management, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and
grounds keeping services per the attached Wage Determination, SOW, and SOI for the Cheoah
Ranger District Rec Sites.  All items on SOI must be priced to be considered for award.

Limits on subcontracting: At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the contractor.

It is our intent to award a single IDIQ contract with base and 4 option periods.
