This solicitation is for construction of a new Eclosion and Release module to support USDA Preventative Release Program. The facility will be a one-story structure, totaling approximately 30,000 Sq. ft that will include parking and two new aircraft staging canopies near the existing airport runway. The project is to be delivered via design-bid-build delivery method and is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using the best-value trade-off selection process.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is:a. clarify the site visit date is April 2023 at 1000 Central;b. incorporate stamped drawings;c. extend suspense date for proposals to 24 April 2023.All other terms or conditions remain the same.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is: a. incorporate stamped drawings; b. update Attachment 4- Past Performance Assessment Worksheet; and c. extend suspense date for proposals to 28 April 2023.
