The Contractor will be responsible for and shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and install government-furnished carpet tiles; remove, provide and install vinyl wall base; and provide and install vinyl composition tile (VCT) in areas of Rooms 372, 415, and 456 as defined on the attached drawings at the Robert Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE 68508.  All existing furniture and equipment will need to be moved, lifted or relocated to accommodate the carpet installation.  Contractor will be responsible for verifying measurements on-site.  Base and VCT color selections to be made by tenant based on samples provided by contractor.
