USDA NRCS is interested in leasing a maximum of 2052 rentable square feet of office space in Dewey, OK. Space must be located with one mile of the City limits of Dewey, OK.

This solicitation is a re-advertisement of an initial solicitation that was issued on 8/9/2010.

Space must also include a ware yard for fenced-in storage of government vehicles and enclosed storage for an ATV and other items.

After notification by Offeror to the Government of their interest, a site visit will be conducted by the Government to determine if the existing or proposed (new) space meets the Governments requirements. Offeror's who meet the Government requirements, will be provided with a Solicitation For Offer (SFO).  

The determination regarding which Offeror will be provided with said solicitation rests completely with the Government and is not appealable.
