Unauthorized contact with anyone other than a designated Contracting Officer, Realty Specialist or Contracting Officer’s authorized broker representative could jeopardize this procurement,including rejection of your proposal or cancellation of the solicitation. Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the Delineated Area and not within a 100 or 500-year flood plain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offers.
