The site of this project is at the Phillip Burton Federal Building located at 450 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, California 94102.

The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment unless otherwise noted in scope or on drawing to accomplish this project. All new materials must match existing building standards or as noted on plans. Deviation from existing standards or materials noted on plan must receive written approval prior to purchase, fabrication, or installation from GSA Building Manager's Office prior to making change.

Rooms 6739, 6735, 6733, 6737, 6731, 6729

a.) Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to paint the walls and door frames and replace the flooring.

b.) Move all furniture into the WEST corridor to support painting. Replace upon completion of space with exception of 6735. Remove and dispose of shelving from 6735 only. All lockers and clothing racks need to be emptied prior to relocation.

c.) Provide 6 moving crates for agency use in relocating small articles d.) Demo existing carpet tiles and cove base, haul away

e) Provide ACM abatement in order to prepare slab for VCT installation.

f.) Provide and install VCT and cove base in all spaces except for the 6731. Let stand for 24 hours and clean and seal, after painting is completed.

    VCT – Armstrong Imperial Texture Standard Excelon 51807 Shadow Blue.

       g.) Install GSA provided carpet tiles and contractor provided cove base in

            6731. Cove base throughout, Burke 727 Thunder

h.) Patch, prime and paint all surfaces with one (1) primer application and Two

(2) finish coats of interior latex paint, eggshell for walls and semi- gloss for door frames. KM - 05-2582-116 (BM968)

i.)  Replace all furniture.

j.)  Work can be completed during normal hours and after hours.
