Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit San Diego (MSC SSU SD) is conducting market research to identify potential sources who possess an ABS approved ESP Hull Gauging Certification.


A "DRAFT" copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached, as well as a pricing sheet that contains the equipment that's required to be purchased.

Key items pertaining to this procurement are noted below:

1.  Successful offeror will be responsible for providing ALL personnel required to complete the hull gauging requirement.  Ship's Force personnel will not be available to assist.

2.  Successful offeror will be responsible for gaining access to ship and base in accordance with the attached guidance.  Ship's Force personnel will not be available to assist.

3.  Period of Performance / Ship Availability: 2 - 15 May 2016

4.  Performance Location:  Naval Base Pearl Harbor (Exact Pier TBD). 

5.  Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be utilized for invoicing and payment.  (See attached).
