The Office of Afganistan and Pakistan Affairs (OAPA) requires the service of a database administrator to ensure that the knowledge management platform developed and maintained by OAPA for the USAID missions in Afghanistan and Pakistan meets current and future needs for portfolio organization, project data collection, management and display, budget formulation and execution tracking, and other interactive features.
