Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, purchase to the OEM of the sealing plate assembly for the STBD and sealing plate assembly for the PORT, Jered, LLC. This procurement shall be to provide and deliver OEM repair parts in support of the USS Chung Hoon. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332321 - Metal Window and Door Manufacturing. 

This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government for future consideration. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the government.
