The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) intends to execute an order under basic ordering agreement N00024-14-G-4300 or N00024-14-G-4301 for Engineering, Material, and Technical Services in support of the USS PASADENA (SSN 752) for (1) RAC Valve; replace or repair.  The estimated period of performance/execution date(s) is 09 Sept 2016 - 30 Sept 2016.  The two prime contractors competing for this requirement are: Electric Boat Corporation, a General Dynamics Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989 (BOA 4300), and Huntington Ingalls Incorporated located at 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2734 (BOA 4301). This order will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c) (1). The proposed agreement action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.303 utilizing Class J&A number 40,970. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
