This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR Part 13, additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Firm Fixed Price, Long Lead Time Material requirement to procure CRES Corrosion Resistance Watertight Doors in support of the USSSPRUANCE (DDG-111), Solicitation # N5523619Q0114, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999, 750 Size Standards (employees), and is 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARs Notice. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. http://www.sam.gov/.

Vendor shall provide CRES Watertight Doors in accordance with the Product Description herein. CLINs 0001 through 0004, of the SF-18 shall be completed by the quoter (e.g. unit price, extended price, total).

Provision, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision as set forth in this solicitation. See SF-18 quote preparations instructions for further instructions.

Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, Evaluation Criteria. Your quote shall conform to the established Evaluation Criteria as set forth in this solicitation: Technical Acceptability, Price, and Past Performance.

Provision 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, will be verified prior to award using SAMS.gov website.

Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the clause.

Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and all additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
