White paper submissions should be emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than the date and time identified in paragraph 3.2 of this notice.

Offerors submitting white papers in response to USSOCOMPIA2015 should note that any resultant PIA will include terms and conditions that preclude the partner intermediary from pursuing any other business opportunities and/or financial interest with USSOCOM outside of said agreement.

Paragraph 3.3.2.1. Relevance is updated to correct references to paragraphs 2.8 and 2.9. Paragraph 2.8 is revised to reflect 2.7 while 2.9 is revised to reflect 2.8. Paragraph 3.3.2.1 now reads:

The Government will review the Offeror's description of the contemplated PIA and that it meets for the Specific Objectives for the Partnership Intermediary Agreement contemplated under paragraphs 2.7 and
2.8 listed in this USSOCOM-PIA-2015. The Offeror's facilities and equipment will be reviewed to assess its capability to perform as a Partnership Intermediary pursuant to applicable authorities.
