This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing has a requirement for lodging accommodations for the Unit Training Assembly weekends as stipulated in the attached SOW.

The total requirement for the accommodations is 1030 room nights.  The 177FW intends to award two (2) contracts for Base and two (2) option years guaranteeing payment for 475 room nights.  Period of Performance shall begin 01 April 2017 -31 March 2018.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110-Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels- ($32.5M).
