NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source GSA delivery order Utilis USA, LLC for Utilis Shelters and Accessories. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6 - Limited sources justification and approval.The anticipated award date is 31 May 12. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
