Charlotte Water is seeking an analysis of the economic impact / output of utility operations on the greater Charlotte regional economy. Charlotte Water, a department of the City of Charlotte, provides water and wastewater services to the residents and businesses of Mecklenburg County. The analysis will support Charlotte Water’s recently adopted Strategic Plan by helping Charlotte Water determine its impact to/on the regional economy.
