UW-Stout Distance Education The University of Wisconsin Stout plans to extend its contract with Instruct Online, a provider of online professional education, for four months beyond its original terms to allow the transition of these services to the campus. The extension will be from March through June of 2021. The contract will be extended without soliciting official sealed bids or proposals. The cost of the extension is $95,868.
