The Department of Veterans Affairs Central, VISN 7, Augusta, Georgia has a requirement for services to provide safe and comfortable ambulance transportation, on as needed basis, Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day including holidays, from and the front doors of apartments or houses and other areas for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS), Montgomery, Alabama 36109-3798. The contract base year will be for the period May 03, 2004 through May 02, 2005 with four (4) option years. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621910 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 15, 2004.
