This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposals or quotes. This document does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this document is not to provide notice of the Governments' intent to post a future solicitation. Responses to this announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After the responses to this announcement are reviewed the Government may issue a Request for Quote solicitation for Ambulance Services under NAICS code 621910 - Ambulance Services. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 3, is conducting preliminary market research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to support a prospective project for Ambulance Services for the New Jersey Healthcare System. Contractor shall provide all required labor, material, equipment and supervision of contractor personnel for Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services. The contractor shall furnish twenty four (24) hour ambulance services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, New Jersey Healthcare System. The prospective performance period is to be determined. Place of Performance Services are to be performed throughout the New Jersey Healthcare System, New Jersey. If your organization has the ability to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, CAGE code, DUNS number, and business size and type according to this NAICS code; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
