Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Wade Park Ambulette Services Solicitation Number: VA250-12-I-0673 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Mobil Martin 14837 Lorain Road, Lakewood, OH 44107 for wheelchair (Ambulette) transportation services. The period of Performance will be from September 1st through September 30th, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. A solicitation for Ambulette Transportation Services for the Wade Park Campus will be posted on FBO in the near future.
