This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify other sources that are capable of furnishing twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days per year Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support Ambulance Transportation Services to eligible beneficiaries served by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. The source would have to provide up to two (2) ambulances at one time and response times would need to be ten (10) minutes or less for emergent calls and not more than thirty (30) minutes for non-emergent calls. We are looking for a source that could provide these services for a period of five (5) years.
