The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform chartered bus services when, as and if scheduled by the Government at any time during the performance period. The services is to be performed between The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the terms and conditions under the resultant Purchase Order and applicable Japanese Government laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations, and trade practices. The Contractor shall furnish chartered shuttle buses to transport approximately 10 – 12 personnel between Camp Zama, Zama-shi, Kanagawa-ken and Sagami General Depot, Kami-Yabe, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa-ken (approximately 12 kms/7 miles) with the schedules identified in the Performance-based Work Statement from 5 Feb 06 – 23 Mar 06, Monday thru Saturday, except for 18 Feb 06 and 20 Feb 06. The Contractor shall provide small size tour type bus with 29 and below passenger capacity, excluding auxiliary jump seats. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering price and past/present performance. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICES IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
