The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) solicits a firm fixed unit price contract for chauffeur and other facilities-related services for CSOSA Office of Facilities Management Services. The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: transporting the Director and Deputy Director of CSOSA, or other senior level officials, to and from various meetings and conferences within the District of Columbia metropolitan area; delivering supplies or personnel to various offices; obtaining maintenance for the vehicle(s); assisting with servicing the vehicle(s); assisting with office moves or relocations; and performing administrative and building maintenance duties. In addition the Contractor shall be fully responsible for providing all services described in the solicitation. The estimated period of performance will be from October 1, 2005 though September 30, 2006, with four one-year options; subject to availability of funds.
