The service will require the transportation of up to 5000 students from Sheppard AFB to Will Rogers Airport and DFW Airport for the Holiday Exodus (Christmas/New Year) of each year. The resulting award will be a concessionaire agreement with a fixed 2% percent of return being retained by the Sheppard AFB Information, Tickets and Tours Office.
