FINAL SOLICITATION
This is the final solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. As stated in the draft solicitation the response date changed to 02 September 2014 at 0900 Central European Time.

Contractor shall provide and is responsible for all necessary straps, chains and tie-down equipment and services incidental to support this service requirement. Contractor shall provide all required Materiel Handling Equipment (MHE), to include forklift and crane capability to upload and download the vehicles at each site, to include fuel and operator. Line haul transportation services from Niamey, Niger to N'Djamena, Chad, to transport vehicles and equipment in support of FLINTLOCK 15, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
