QMAC is currently refreshing its Travel Services Solutions (TSS) Multiple Award Schedule solicitation, which includes Special Item Number (SIN) 599-3, Lodging Negotiations and Management Services. QMAC intends to recompete FedRooms (http://www.gsa.gov/fedrooms) for a follow-on contract to its worldwide Lodging Services Management Program and would like ample competition for this contract. Therefore, this notice of sources sought is being distributed for contractors specializing in this field of Lodging Services Management to contact us and begin the process to become a GSA vendor on SIN 599-3. The successful vendor will be responsible for end-to-end lodging management functions of the program, including, but not limited to, locating lodging providers, negotiating flexible hotel rates at or below per diem and amenities with worldwide lodging providers, collecting hotel usage data ? including compliance to FEMA fire safety standards, compliance reports, Industrial Funding Fee collection from lodging participants, marketing program, conducting spend analysis with participating agencies to identify savings opportunities, auditing rates, etc..
