This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 7), Augusta GA intends to procure six (6) months of Wheelchair/Van Transportation services under a firm fixed priced contract with San Jamar, LTD, Inc 2623 Washington Road, Augusta, GA 30904. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. A justification and approval for Limited Sources Justification will be prepared.
The Contract will consist of Wheelchair/Van Transportation services. This Wheelchair/ Van Transportation service shall include, personnel (driver) and equipment (vehicle) to provide transportation services to the beneficiaries of the two-divisional facility Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC) located at 950 15th street (downtown location) and 1 Freedom Way (uptown location) Augusta, Georgia 30904. Transportation services include associated Community Based Outpatient Centers (CBOC) located in Athens, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 485991.
