This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24618Q0398, will be issued on or about 19 March 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA is seeking a contractor to provide all management, administration, and labor necessary to ensure hotel accommodations, conference room, meals, and parking (if applicable) for up to approximately 40 participants consisting of approximately 15 couples and 10 staff members. Room accommodations are only needed for the couples, for a total of 15 rooms. There will be three (3), 2-day retreats per year. Hotel must have at least a three star rating on www.tripadvisor.com. Hotel and/or Spa must be located within a 15 mile radius of Downtown Hampton, VA. Requirement is for a base and 4 option years. This acquisition shall be procured and awarded using unrestricted procedures. The applicable NAICS Code is 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 million.
