Minimum Essential Characteristics for Multiplex Biomarker Analysis
1) Multiplex assay must include analysis of the following biomarkers in one panel, on four panels:
a. IFNy, IL1b, IL2, IL4, IL6, IL8, IL10, IL12p70, GMCSF, IL1a, IL12/23p40, IL15, IL17a, Eotaxin, MIP1b, IP10, MIP1a, MCP1, CRP
2) Multiplex assay must be analyzed by MSD Sector Imager 6000 instrument
3) Assay must be capable of evaluating human serum samples
4) Assay must be in 96 well format
