Requirement consists of providing personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items and services for the preparation, packing, crating, unpacking, movement and storage of local, outbound and inbound shipments of household goods and unaccompanied baggage belonging to Department of Defense military and civilian personnel. Contract area of performance: Area 1: Pennsylvania counties of Carbon, Luzerne, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Susquehanna, Lackawanna and Wyoming; Area II: Warren County, New Jersey. Requirement is in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 with 100% set aside for small business. (See Note 1) This is a one-year requirements type contract for a base period of 01 January 2005 through 31 December 2005 with four (4) option year periods. NAICS 488991, Packing and Crating; small business standard $21.5 million. This solicitation shall be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance wit h FAR 4.502 and 5.102(d). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date at the Army Business Opportunity Page (ABOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/. At the ABOP, at NEW USERS, follow instructions to register. After obtai ning a password (usually provided within 24 hours), go to ABOP and under ARMY SOLICITATIONS SELECT CECOM.
