FEMA JFO/TRO Biloxi MS is seeking sources to prepare two (2) 24' x 56' doublewide office trailers for shipment. Work includes but may not be limited to removal of hurricane straps and stakes, disassembly of the trailers into two 12' x 56' halves, securing siding, inspection and possibly inflation of tires, reinstallation of bolt-on towing yokes, and wrapping of the individual pieces in heavy-gage plastic to protect interior and exterior during transport. Decks, steps, stairs, ramps, and utilities have been removed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for small business is $12.0 Million. Interested parties are encouraged to make a site visit. The trailers are located at the Biloxi State Office Building, Old Bayview Hospital, 1141 Bayview Ave., Biloxi, MS 39531.
