The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) is soliciting proposals to acquire Reservations Center Support Services for its Systems Operations Control Division (SOCD) Reservations Branch located in Herndon, VA. A time and materials type contract is anticipated as a result of RFP HSCEAM-06-R-00014. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561599 – All Other Travel Arrangement and Reservation Services. The acquired support will include providing services to schedule and support traditional flight and hotel reservations, as well as securing tactical seating assignments utilizing the native Sabre computer reservations system and other manual and computerized methods. Detailed requirements, terms and conditions are set forth in the attached RFP HSCEAM-06-R-00014. The resultant contract will contain a base period plus four option years, which may be exercised as a unilateral right of the Government. Services are anticipated to begin on June 1, 2006. As set forth in Section L of the RFP, any questions or requests for clarification shall be sent to the Contracting Officer via email not later than March 17, 2006. Proposals in response to this RFP shall be submitted not later than 3:00 PM, EST on April 11, 2006 to the address set forth in Section L.
