This acquisition is to provide a combination of Rotary Wing airlift requirements for Non DOD passenger and cargo movements throughout Colombia. Interested parties must indicate whether they are a Department of Defense (DOD) approved carrier , member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) program and or Colombian Aeronautical Civil equivalent. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 481211 has been determined applicable to this requirement. The service will be procured as an unrestrict ed negotiated competitive procurement. The period of performance is anticipated for one base year, beginning September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007, plus four option years. Refer to sections L & M of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for details regarding the evaluation criteria and submission requirements. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (NOV 2 003), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
