The 11th Contracting Squadron is contemplating awarding a firm fixed price contract on a Performance Price Tradeoff basis for school bus transportation services for Bolling Air Force Base in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, with 11 performance periods (1 base period and 10 option periods). The solicitation and relevant documents will be uploaded on the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.eps.gov, on or about 05 March 2004. This solicitation will be issued as Request for Proposal (RFP), No. FA7012-04-R-0009. Proposals are being requested in response to this solicitation.
