This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking potential firms who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to lease hotel accommodations spanning several nations in the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). ACC-RI is requesting capability statements from potential firms which include what countries they can provide hotel accommodation services in. Firms must be able to provide US Embassy approved hotels within the SOUTHCOM AOR. No leases for villas and/or apartments will be allowed. The place of performance is SOUTHCOM-wide, with the primary focus in Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Peru, Suriname, and Paraguay.

Please include the Points of Contacts who can provide additional information on submitted Capability Statements, if needed. Information must be submitted by close of business, 13 September 2012.
