The contractor is to provide materials and labor for space alterations for an agency located in the Neal Smith Federal Building, 210 Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa. The work will include architectural, mechanical and electrical alterations to an existing office space. .

The contractor is to provide all materials not previously mentioned, labor, equipment, tools, management and supervision as required and needed for the completion of this project. The contract will have 60 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Estimated cost is $0-$100,000. The contractor will be required to obtain a GSA security clearance for all individuals working on site.
