Objective

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources with the capability to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO), entitled “Vacuum Electronics Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Support for the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL)”.   

The NRL anticipates awarding a negotiated Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to a signle vendor for these services.

The draft Statement of Objectives document is attached with this announcement as Attachment 01.

Requested Information and Response Format:

NRL requests that potential sources with the capability to fulfill the SOO requirements to submit a response containing the information listed. 

1. Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC)

3. Company Cage Code and DUNS number
4. Company's Business Size Classification for NAICS Code 541715 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology).  The Small Business Size determination for NAICS Code 541715 is 1000 Employees.   
5. Capabilities statement and relevant company and personnel experience to support functional areas listed in the draft SOO.
6. Listing of current/past contracts supporting requirements of similar scope and complexity.
7. Suggested revisions to the SOO, which may be used to refine the requirement from its current broad objectives.
