S. Small Business Administration size standard of $7.5 million. The Dept. of Labor's Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination, Decision No 2005-2449, Rev 17 Dated 12/29/2015 (Attached) is applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
