The Office of Personnel Management intends to issue an award on a sole source basis that will result in a purchase order to Vanguard Integrity Professionals, for the annual software license renewal and maintenance agreement on the Vanguard proprietary software products and trademark called Administrator, Analyzer and Advisor. This requirement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Commercial Items. This requirement will be awarded to a small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541511. The size threshold for determining whether or not an offeror is a small business is a company with gross annual sales note exceeding $23.0 million. The contractor will provide software for the mainframe security tools for OPM’s IBM RACF security system and productivity savings for the security administration staff in defining new users, granting security authorizations and running reports about existing security rules and how they apply to groups of users. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR SUBPART 5.2. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. All parties interested in this procurement must submit a capability statement within 5 calendar days from the date of this notice. Submissions after that date will not be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered.
