The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure annual support and maintenance of Vantage licensed items on a sole source basis from Compuware Corporation as no other source is known to exist. The period of performance will be April 1, 2009 – March 31, 2010. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106.
