The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) VAPS Developer, Product Code: 301-04-012-002-641-01, version 6.1, Qty. 3; 2) VAPS Developer Maintenance, Product Code: 303-04-012-002-641-01, Qty 3. VAPS software is currently is used to design, develop, and validate the Human Machine Interface (HMI). This is present on cock pit displays for (Advanced Mission Computer) AMC(Operational Flight Program) OFP development. VAPS Developer allows software engineers to verify HMI changes and prototype HMI concepts to aircrew before an OFP is generated for reducing tedious rework cycles and lending to a more effective requirements development process.

This requirement is sole sourced to Presagis USA Inc., 1301 W. George Bush Highway, Suite 120, Richardson, TX 75080 as the only manufacturer able to produce this part.
