This sources sought notice is being issued to determine whether or not to set aside the acquisition for HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB), or Small Business Concerns. In accordance with FAR 19.1305, if your company is HUBZone certified or IAW 19.1405, if your company is SDVOSB and intends to submit an offer for this acquisition, then those interested parties should indicate their interest to the Contract Specialist, in writing, no later than 4:30 p.m., MST, July 31, 2008. The following information is required: (1) a copy of the certificate issued by the SBA of your qualifications as a HUBZone concern or a statement that you are a SDVOSB, and (2) a statement of intent to submit an offer. If adequate interest is not received from HUBZone concerns and SDVOBs by July 31, 2008, a combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside without further notice.
