This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-16-N-0280 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2005-89, effective 15 August 2016.

This is a 100% Small Business solicitation for a Brand Name Commercial Item and is issued in accordance with the additional information included in this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code 511210-Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $38.5 Million, is applicable to this solicitation. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract under the procedures of FAR Part 12.6 and 13.5.

Army North (ARNORTH) located at Fort Sam Houston has a requirement to purchase annual Varonis software subscriptions to enhance the existing Storage Area Network management and security.
