The Information Technology Acquisition Unit (ITAU), intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed with this RFQ.Brand Name only will be accepted for this procurement. The Government contemplates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Proposals shall be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (Brand Name Only) selection process.
