VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide moving services for the Highway Building which is an approximately 88,000 square feet, five-story office building located at 1221 East Broad Street, Richmond Va., 23219. VDOT is performing a utility upgrade in the building that will require the removal of systems furniture, case goods, and contents. On completion of the utility upgrade the systems furniture, case goods, and contents will be returned and reset in the same configuration.
