The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) intends to issue a small purchase order to Velcon Filters Inc. for 180 aviation coalescers (Part Nuumber I-656MMTB).  Velcon is the only vendor able to meet DESC's delivery timeframe of beginning partial shipments of these parts within three weeks after order placement.  The initial shipment quantity must be a minimum of sixty (60) aviation coalescers.

DESC invites expressions of interest from other potential offerors.  Any firm desiring consideration must identify, in writing, its ability to meet the above mentioned delivery timeframe.  All expressions of interest must be received by email to [email protected] no later than March 11, 2010, 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
